Entrada has made it flexible enough for you by providing multiple options of payment i.e. COD, internet banking, all types of credit and debit cards.
You can also pay through PayU Money.

Note – COD is only available for orders above Rs.1599

No, there are no hidden charges.
Once the payment is made, it is full and final.

Returns & Replacements

  • In case a damaged or a wrong shipment is delivered, customer care representative should be notified within 24 hours of the purchase.
  • Items can be returned or replaced, however, if an item is damaged or different from the condition when delivered then there will be no replacement or refund.
  • If our customer support determines that your problem qualifies under warranty, then you can send us the product back on the address mentioned in our ‘Contact us’ and we’ll initiate the further process.
  • Make sure to pack the products correctly in original packaging so that they are eligible for return.

Note – The products which require a return or replacement have to be self-shipped by you for which no charges shall be paid by us.

If you have not received the order then you can call us on +91 7340885700 or send us an e-mail on support@getentrada.com. Our support team will revert to you at the earliest.

If a replacement/repair has been requested by you and is accepted by our customer care representative then you can send us the product on our address provided by our customer care representative and the needful can be done for the same. If you do not get your refund/replaced product within 7-10 business days, then you may contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

Note – We do not arrange any pick up for any product.

  • Any returns after 5 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted
  • Any product damaged or broken will not be accepted. Make  sure that product is in same condition as well as in the original packaging.
  • One should make sure about the contents of the package while returning. Anything found missing, the product will not be returned.

Note – We also need the bill along for a few mandatory reasons.

Cancellations

We will be able to cancel only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.
Your order will only be cancelled once you have received revert for cancellation from our side.

Once our customer care representative validates your cancellation request, you will be informed regarding the cancellation by email or a call.

Note – In case of an order through COD, your refund process would take a little more time.

Shipping

We are shipping you for Free!

We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by the seller within 3-4 working days of the order date. However, in some cases or when demand is high it may take up to 5 or more working days

Note – All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Once you order, it may take up to 1-2 business days to be processed, picked and packed. Please allow 7 to 9 business days for your order to arrive.

Note – Orders placed during a sale may take a little more time to process. But we will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.

All items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may write an e-mail to us at support@getentrada.com mentioning your order reference number.

If an item arrives visibly damaged please reach us within 24 hours through the details mentioned in the ‘Contact Us’ option.
